This woman-owned family operated future Fishcreek Glampground while we wait for Citrus County’s approval and will include luxury canvas tents, primitive camping sites, and RV sites with a focus on eco-tourism in a family-friendly setting. Some of the amenities will include kayak tours, fishing charters, and a nature trail.
Our luxury canvas glamping tents are manufactured in a state of the art factory in South Africa, whose tents are spread around the globe in well-known resorts, safari camps, luxury lodges and other exciting destinations.
Fishcreek's History
Fishcreek has a rich history, which includes being a commercial fishing marina in the 1970's, operational RV campground in the 80’s, and as a bar/restaurant in the 90's. One of the best kept secrets of Ozello is that Fishcreek boat ramp has been used by local families for generations. We look forward to preserving access to the boat ramp for the local fishing community.

This small boutique waterfront glampground in Crystal River, Florida will offer (i) luxury tent (Glamping) rentals, (ii) spacious and private RV sites, (iii) boat ramp access to the ramp members (iv) fishing charters and nature tours and (v) small event space to serve the community. The vision for this glampground is to offer one of the top family-friendly and eco-tourism experiences with modern amenities in Florida.
The location of the glampground serves as one of the best access points to the Gulf and Fishcreek channel, which is known for its natural beauty and great backcountry fishing. The surrounding nature is rich with wildlife including manatees, dolphins, and number of fish and bird species.
Our guests will have an opportunity to enjoy many different events and festivals offered by Citrus County and experience some of the best local restaurants in Crystal River. Citrus county, which is part of the Florida's Nature Coast offers some of the most amazing nature experiences including wildlife viewing, nature hikes, and boating/fishing. We are located only an hour away from Ocala, 1.5 hours away from Tampa, 1.5 hours away from Orlando, and 2 hours away from Jacksonville metro areas.
Fishcreek property has a rich history previously serving as a commercial fishing marina in the 1970's and 1980’s, after which it was developed into an RV campground in late 80’s and 90’s and most recently operated as a waterfront bar/restaurant/store in late 90's and early 2000's.
