Fishcreek Glampground and Ramp is a woman owned and family supported campground in Ozello, which is a quiet community located eight miles west of Crystal River, Florida. Fishcreek currently operates as a member-only boat ramp, serving the local fishing community, and is the future site of Fishcreek glampground to be developed in the next few years. The future glampground accommodations will include luxury canvas tents, primitive camping sites, and RV sites. The vision of this glampground is to offer private luxury camping accommodations with a strong focus on eco-tourism. Our future glamping tents are know for outstanding quality, sheer luxury, and innovative design developed by one of the industry leading tent manufacturers from South Africa. Eco-tourism will be achieved through wildlife education center as part of the main office with a focus on conservation and education about local nature and ecosystem by partnering with non-profit and government organizations.

This small boutique waterfront glampground in Crystal River, Florida will offer (i) luxury tent (Glamping) rentals, (ii) spacious and private RV sites, (iii) boat ramp access to the ramp members (iv) fishing charters and nature tours and (v) small event space to serve the community. The vision for this glampground is to offer one of the top family-friendly and eco-tourism experiences with modern amenities in Florida.
The location of the glampground serves as one of the best and quickest access points to the Gulf and Fishcreek channel, which is known for its natural beauty and great backcountry fishing. It’s also the closest and quickest location to the scallop grounds, which is one of the largest tourist draws for Citrus County.
Our guests will have an opportunity to enjoy many different events and festivals offered by Citrus County and experience some of the best local restaurants in Crystal River. Citrus county, which is part of the Florida's Nature Coast offers some of the most amazing nature experiences including wildlife viewing, nature hikes, and boating/fishing. We are located only an hour away from Ocala, 1.5 hours away from Tampa, 1.5 hours away from Orlando, and 2 hours away from Jacksonville metro areas.
Fishcreek property has a rich history previously serving as a commercial fishing marina in the 1970's and 1980’s, after which it was developed into an RV campground in late 80’s and 90’s and most recently operated as a waterfront bar/restaurant/store in late 90's and early 2000's.
